Is there any problems with doing so on win2003????

Witnout ever having heard of Win2003, unless you’re talking Server…

If it’s either Windows 2K or XP (and probably most other derivatives), try booting the system in safe mode and uninstalling from the Administrator account.

if it’s not in add remove programs, reinstall it then uninstall using add/remove.

iirc, ps is not technically supported by adobe on win2k3 server.
