Hello

I’m using Photoshop CS and I was wondering if you can make Photoshop split one image to print onto multiple sheets. So, if you have a large image that you want to print onto 8×11 paper, say by splitting the image into four parts, each part printing onto a seperate sheet. Can this be done?

Thanks for any help.

You could set horizontal and vertical guides at 50% then crop to each in turn doing a Save-As (image1, image2 etc).

The problem will come when printing them so they butt up to each other exactly. You’ll need to print "full bleed" (with no borders). Unfortunately many printers enlarge the image slightly on this setting to allow for slight misalignment of the paper.

Best of luck with it.

Chris.

Frank,

There is no page-tiling within Photoshop. You would have to do it manually as indicated in Chris’ post

Save it as a PDF and print that from Acrobat.
