Hi, I did install my brand new CS2in the middle of last week, no problems at all, but today, monday morning I cannot make it run, it just freezes when reaching Text Global Resorces.

Now, tried this (found in the FAQ’s for CS)

"faqs"
Make sure you have view hidden and system files turned on in windows explorer (tools> folder options)

Delete the file: New Doc Sizes.psp from folder: C:\Documents and Settings\USER_NAME\Application Data\Adobe\Photoshop\8.0\Adobe Photoshop CS Settings

Not working at all… any other solution to this problem?

Thanks

the folder name has changed for cs2… i’m not at my ps machine right now, but i’d hazard a guess that you have to change the 8.0 to 9.0…

delete the New Doc Sizes.psp file from the 9.0 prefs folder.
