Right click "Select all" is it gone?

In Photoshop CS2 it seems that when using the Marquee tool, that the old right click and "Select all" is gone. Is there a way to have this option again under this tool?

I know that there’s a "Select all" when using the magic wand, but I rarely use this tool and usually start out with the Marquee tool 1st.

Ctrl+A does it for me. But then – I’ve always preferred the keyboard and pen to chasing a rat around my desk!
