dicellb.dll error

After upgrading to CS2, I am getting an error stating cannot find dicellb.dll. How do I fix. Someone else in another forum had the same problem and re-installing CS2 did not resolve the issue.

That is from a third party plugin that you installed.

Reinstall that plugin.

I reinstalled Neat Image plugin and still get the error. I deleated Neat Image and still get error. I also get the same error when I start Epson Scan program for my Epson Perfection 4990 Pro. Now what?

Most likely that DLL is used by the Epson Scanner software.

Sounds like Digital ICE, which is scanner software.
