I would go with HTML pages. Use Photoshop’s web gallery feature to do this. It is under File > Automate. This is as about as universal as you can get. As long as they have a web browser they are set.

Hi all,
I have a pile of jpg’s of my family that I want to give to the rest of my family by burning them on a CD. I wonder if any of you have suggestions on which viewer / software to include? It needs to be both mac and windows compatable… any suggestions?
I looked at a corel cd of pictures, but wasn’t sure which files were needed for it to run. I want it to be a minimum configuration, so as not to confuse!
Any help will be greatly appreciated!
