It takes more than that to establish a trademark.

A quick search on the internet will show you that "HotBlades" is already taken. You can’t just "declare" a trademark, particularly one that is ALREADY IN USE. AIGGGHH! You ARE VIOLATING someone ELSE’S trademark!

Oh – and "tradmark" is misspelled. Genius.
