Photoshop 7.0 Slow loading

I haven’t been able to find any explanation within this forum that relates to my issue. I’ve had Photoshop 7.0 installed on my laptop for quite some time. However, recently when I initiate Photoshop to load the gray screen comes up almost instantly, but the program doesn’t load for almost 10 mins. later. My system is very powerful (1GB of DDR 333 MHz RAM / 1.7 GHz Pentium M / 60 GB 7200 RPM hard drivc). I’ve disabled every program on my system in order to isolate any conflict that may be occurring. It seems that the problem is within the Photoshop program. I’ve even tried uninstalling and reinstalling Photoshop. Please help

fyou have a network printer set as your default, set a local printer to be the default.

10 minutes? Must have been a netware spooled printer….
