Photosho CS2 is very unstable after installation.

The updater can’t find my Internet connection even though I have an ethernet cable connection.

The feature on the Welcome Screen to view new features video gives me an error message that the feature can’t be used because of a url processing error.

After minimizing to the task bar, it freezes and will not restore,

When it is active, even a routine action such as opening a new document freezes the program.

HELP!!!

Bonnie, are you using the trial version? I found the trial to be a bit suspect because I ran it from it’s downloaded folder. Burn it onto disk and uninstall the previous version COMPLETELY then reinstall.

The folders get scattered everywhere when installing DIRECT from Hard Drive.

Mark is right – it’s time to remove everything and reinstall from as clean a system as possible.

After uninstalling, check your operating system and repair if necessary. The exact procedure for this differs for each version of Windows – open Start>Help and search for the keywords windows repair.
