Hello,

Hope someone here can help me with this (little) problem. I would like to copy a few layers from one document to another. Somehow I must always
-first copy the layer,
-paste it in the new document,
-go back to the old document and copy the layerstyle of that particular layer
– and go to the new document to paste that layerstyle.
My question: Ain’t it possible to do all this in just one copy-paste action?

TIA

Loek,

I don’t know how elegant this is, but if you open both documents, you can drag a layer from the original’s layers palette onto the document window of the second file, and the layer will be duplicated. (tested on v6)
