Opening fax in Photoshop CS

When I open a fax in Photoshop the size of the type is so small I can hardly read it. I was told that is has something to do with the "aspect" setting. I looked in the User Guide but can find nothing about the "aspect" setting and since I had MS service pack II installed I can no longer access Adobe help from the help menu. And advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
