Not Enough RAM for PS 7.0.1?!

I want to load stuff.. and it loads sooo fast.. I have a fast computer.. 512 mb ram… but when I went to open the wind design… said not enough RAM?!!!

512 is not a lot of Ram. If you are also short of hard disk space, this could be what is slowing down the computer.

What do you mean by "I want to load stuff" you mean open an image? and "when I went to open the wind design" do you mean to use the wind filter? What is the size of your image? How much room left on your scratch disk?

and what is your memory percentage set to in prefrences. cut it back to 60 or 50% if it’s higher.

I mean like when I go to Fill an image 400×400, it takes like 10 seconds…

And yes… use the wind filter… in styling.
My memory default set in preferences was 50 %…
When I downloaded the tryout the thing said minimum 128mb Ram… I thought I had more than enough.

Someone please help?
