Whenever I try to open the Help file in PSCS2, I get the following error message:
"The procedure entry point XML_SetParamEntryParsing could not be located in the Dynamic Link Library XMLparse.dll" Once I get rid of the error message I can find topics in help but can not get past the topic listing to the Help text.
Am I missing a file and, if so, which and how can I get it?
