Hello everyone

I’m new at using ImageReady, and I’m having trouble making an animation. I have each of my frames saved and in front of me, and when I click on the first one it goes into the little animation box, but when I click on the second image to add it to the box, a completely new animation box pops up. I can get other frames into both of these animation boxes, but each frame is just an exact copy of the original picture, and I cant change it.
Its as though two seperate animations are being made.

Can anyone help me please?

Thank-you

Francesca,
This might work:
Combine all of your frames into one PSD, each frame on a it’s own layer. Under "File", switch to Image Ready. That will open the psd in Image Ready. On the animation toolbar, click the little arrow on the top right. Select the command that says something like "make animation using all layers."
