Got an email purporting to be from Adobe to answer a survey. The return email is

Does anyone know if this is a legit Adobe survey?

I’ve gotten survey requests in the past–the most recent just last week after call the Adobe Store about an order–and they are legit. I can’t tell you about the specific one you’re asking about however.

Adobe often hires outside companies to conduct independent surveys.

You should be okay as long as it is not asking confidential information.
