Layers & Profile Conversion

In CS2 when I have a PSD file with multiple layers, and then convert to a new color profile, all layer are merged into a single new layer. Any way to avoid this and maintain the multiple layers after the conversion?

Duuuhhhh, I found my own answer. Uncheck the "flatten image" box in the conversion menu…
