I seem to recall that there is a way to work with extremely high resolution graphics (that can slow down or jam most computers) via some type of low resolution representation of those graphics. I can’t seem to find that capability on my own. If you know, I would be most appreciative of some direction.

My system:

I am working with a pc. It’s 3.2 ghz with 1 gig ram and an nVidia video card. I’m doing dual monitor. I’m paranoid, so I use Norton Firewall and Anti-Virus, Microsoft Giant anti-spyware plus several other programs to keep everything clean and protected. I may have to disconnect from the internet while working on this project and shut down everything while working on these files.
