A new install of PS would actually be a repair. Maybe some of your templates is missing or corrupted.
This also applies to koen en linda, natuurlijk! 😉

Rob and Linda:
I did find an explanation of the error message in the help file (bless the updated and fixed Help files that now let me use Help)and after, went in to view a few of the files. I came to the same conclusion as Rob and tried to Restore from backups. Unfortunely, even those on my 2-month old backup were corrupted.
Then got the brilliant idea of transferring the whole Web Gallery over from my laptop. It was a new installation and the chances of it being good was high. Did that and then could open all the templates except one. This template was one that I copied over from Photoshop 7, and never use. So, just got rid of it.
I can’t imagine what clobbered those templates and nothing else. Nevertheless, am happy to have them working with a re-install.
