Concurrent users of Photoshop on Windows 2K3 server?

Can someone tell me what I need to do to be able to run concurrent users of Photoshop on a server that is running Windows 2K3. I currently have 20 pc’s that are operating as terminal stations using the remote desktop feature. Users each have their own accounts and can can access the Microsoft applications on the server. Before I purchase Photoshop, I am wondering if I can do this. Can someone help? Thanks, Tom
