Is there a fill black/white command?

I know you can fill with BG/FG; but anyway to save this dialogue space and just go straight to filling with black or while? thanks.

Under Edit>Fill, there’s the "use" pull down menu; you can select any color or just choose black or white at the bottom. Actionize as needed.

I’m not sure I understand exactly what you are asking, but I thought I would throw this out there in case it helps you out. Do you know the shortcut of Alt Delete to fill with the current foreground color, and control delete to fill with the current background color? To do a black or white fill I just reset my colors to black/white and use one of those shortcuts…

Angela’s shortcut is the fastest way of filling with the foreground/background colours.

Combine it with the shortcut "D", to reset the default black/white pallet, and "X" to switch them.
