It might help if you could also post the original to show the image before the edits.

Here is the original I think my mind was jamed as soon as you asked for the original there was a noise it had started ticking agin I still wait for any sugestions regarding doing this as I was looking for a slightly different effect to using the original in a layer which I am now going to try.
I was after a thick rolled edge effect not interested in eyelashes http://pixentral.com < http://www.pixentral.com/show.php?picture=1DuOunC8jlWIyttnxH 9S5JfKVsHzY>" src=" http://www.pixentral.com/hosted/1DuOunC8jlWIyttnxH9S5JfKVsHz Y_thumb.jpg" border="0" />

….is it the "Scary Movie" effect?

all I used here were the bloat tool in Liquify for the eye and the warp tool for the eyebrows and jaw.

There you go then. Have fun with Liquify. Don’t forget you can also "freeze" parts of the image you would rather leave intact as you run riot with the Bloat, Pucker and Warp tools.

Enjoy.
