Hi,

I’m trying to create a gif for a website. I can create (using another package) a nice image with a flat, eg black background, but it won’t produce a gif directly. My problem is to make the background transparent in the gif. The difficulty comes if you cut the background, what is left looks terribly jagged and messy as the image was created with antialiasing based on the black background. How can I smooth it out again for a nice image?
Please help.
