See the FAQ.
In short, you either do it manually, letter by letter, rotating each one, OR.. use something else. Most folks prefer a vector program like Illustrator, I use Paint Shop Pro.
Version 8 is out at the end of this year (most likely) and I’m chomping at the bit to find out if this has been incorporated yet.

Thanks Phos. I’m generally too lazy to go look it up for them.
The text tool has some great options for shaping the text, see tool bar above the work area a T with a curve under it, arch, then adjust to your liking.Maybe this will help.
I’ve never had success making a professional CD label using the text arching feature under Text Warp….
Totally. WHY they didn’t incorporate ‘text along a path’ in photoshop 7 is beyond me. What were they thinking????
I guess they want to sell Illustrator too. Damn them!
Also, check that the leading value is not something huge.
good point don. missed that! 🙂
Also, check the size of the type. If you’re set at 36 pixels and typing in a 72ppi document, there ya go, half-inch text.
