I used Photoshop 7.0 at work and have dozens of custom shape that I work with often. Recently I’ve purchased Adobe Creative Suite 2 and have tried to save those shapes on CD at work and import them to use in CS2 at home. What am I doing wrong…..or…..can it even be done?

For version 7, go to the Presets Manager (Edit|Preset Manager) and select the shapes that you want to port to the new version. Shift Clicking allows you to save all the shapes you want in one Set. Once selected, click the Save Set button, and save the CSH file to any location you wish. Port that, by whatever means, to the new machine.

When you open PSCS2, go to Presets Manager, and Load that set of custom shapes.

Peace,
Tony

Tony,
Ok I load them, but how do I access them? How do I place the custom shapes on the tool bar? I looked into help, but it’s not clear. I have CS2. Thanks,
Marcel
