Builing a PC for Adobe products

The PC will be used for Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, GoLive, etc. Image files are Hi-res (up to 250MB per file).

Any suggestions….assuming cost is secondary to performance.

4GB RAM?

512MB video?

Dual Xeon as opposed to single CPU?
