Special characters (Arabic) – wrong type faces

OK, I’ve spent way too much time searching the forum for an answer to my question without finding it, so here goes.

First, the preliminaries:

I just downloaded that trial version of the latest PhotoShop, installation was perfect. I then download and installed all the latest updates, without problem.
