I have been using PE 3.0 with Album (Premiere Elements).

Want to start using Photoshop (insteda of the "Elements".

a. Will all my files made in Elelemnts 3.0 be readable on Photoshop ?
b. Is Photoshop Album integerated with PS the same way it was with ELelments ?

You should be able to install and use both on the same computer. I have several versions of Elements and several versions of Photoshop installed on the same computer and use them all without any problems. I don’t have Photoshop Album, so I cannot answer that question with authority. Maybe someone else can.
