Sveral month ago I downloaded a free application which allowed me to zoom in and out and "move a virtual camera" into certain areas of a photograph etc.

I recently had to reset my computer (Oh well – a Crash…:-(( ) and can’t find that application anymore.

Is anyone familiar with that software ? – where ? how to get ? etc…

Thumbs Plus has a magnifying glass which can be moved around over an image. But it’s not freeware.
