What is it you want to copy? Depending on how many colours is in the image, I’d use a jpeg. Just press Control + A to select the whole image and then just copy it in the usuall way and paste it into PowerPoint. If the image is to large you could either resize it in PS (Image>Image size) or just make it smaller when you paste into PP.
