working with variables and line feeds

Hello,

Within an export automation I am using variables from the type text replacement and a text file with the records and variables.

How can I enter line feeds in the text file so that these line feeds are transfered to the variables. Are there any special characters for line feed like
in HTML or vbCrLf in Visual Basic?

It isn’t a script forum subject because you could enter line feed character (Alt+013 or just press Enter) and it works fine but after reopen file and apply the Data Set it appears as ‘question’ sign.

It seems a bug.

No no. He-he. Just another Adobe’s joke. Ok. You need to use Paragraph Text instead Point one and then carriage return (013) will be working properly.
