i cant print loged in a normal user

I using photoshop 5.5 on wk2. when i logon as administrator i can print yet as i user is get this error "could not complete the print command because of a disk error". i had this years ago and had to use regedit to change permissions on some key, but i forgot were. does anyone know where this key lives. Thanks

You really need Power User as the minimum permissions.
