I am looking to create a page on our website at work to facilitate the making of ID badges for all of our office locations. I need something like this page where the supervisor can upload the employees picture, crop it, input the vitals and submit it. This site does all of that and I have emailed the webmaster to see if he wrote the cropping program or bought it and have not received a response.
Has any seen something like this I can buy or can tell me how to write it?
