I don’t think that there is such thing as a multilanguage Photoshop. Do you mean localized versions vs the international english version?

the only difference, besides the text in the app might be several shortucts that are localized, due to the fact that they keyboards have different layouts.

Are you saying that you have seen Photoshop CS2 offered as a multi-language version?

As Pierre says, it doesn’t exist.

Someone could have cobbled together a disk with the program in several languages but that would be illegal on several counts.

The only language choice on legitimate copies is for the EULA.
