Jpgs not opening in PS7

I have PS7 on my computer, and when I double-click a jpg image, Photoshop starts, but the image doesn’t load. I tried loading it into Imageready and it loaded fine. I tried uninstalling Photoshop & re-installing it, and still have the same problems. I’m running Win XP Home Ed, SP2. Thanks!

Try trashing the Preferences file (as per the FAQs)

I checked the FAQs and didn’t even see it! I tried it and it worked. Thanks!
