When trying to open .mov files in ImageReady some of the movies open just fine while others just give a white screen. Any idea what is causing this? Appreciate any help. Thanks a lot.

Not much help, but there’s a thread on this.

This is not the same problem as:

I don’t get an error message; the movie doesn’t appear, it’s just a white screen.

Nobody ever reads post #1.

This time, however, it seems you didn’t read post #3, Tony 🙂 It’s the O/P who tried your suggestion in post #1 without success.

You thought it was someone offering the same thread you already submitted.

Absolutely correct. Penalty box for me.

Sorry <hanging head>

I found the problem! It was a codec that Image Ready didn’t recognize. Thanks for the replies, everyone.
