CS2 – Bridge: Can’t work on images

I’ve been using bridge without any problems and suddenly when I open an image from bridge in CS2, all the menus are grayed out and I can’t work on the image. PS is frozen and I have to close it via the task manager.
What to do?
Do I need to uninstall and reinstall both bridge and CS2? Billie

Try deleting both your Photoshop Prefs and Bridge prefs, first.
