I would like to know how to remove white dust spots from an image. I watched someone once use a sweeping action chosing a colour slightly lighter than the required colour and when he went over it the white dust spots filled with the slightly lighter colour, and the darker required colour appeared unchanged, it only filled the spots. Doing it the way he did it, if you went to a different colour range it showed over the top, but if you stayed on the colour you needed to fill it was ok. I cant figure out how this was done, can anyone help please?
