Hello all,
I’m making a website and I have used Photoshop.
Then I use ImageReady to cut the Image in pieces
(the pieces are called "tranches" in french,
I don’t know how u call them in english …)
A serie of pieces must be of dimension 86×81,
when I select each of the pieces they have
all the correct dimension (86×81).
But once I generate the HTML page with the images,
those pieces that were 86×81 are suddenly changing of dimension (not in the .psd but the images in the directory where I saved changed), some become 86×75, some 86×77 and some with the good dimension, etcetera … (notice only height change)
Why are they changing dimension when I save my file into HTML and images, Someone got an idea ?
Thank you …

I finally understood why my image has been cut like this, but how am I supposed to do a mouseover on a image that has been cut in 3 pieces and sometimes more .. ?

With ImageReady, you can’t. (With custom Javascript it is possible). You should only have one slice (tranche) per button.

I’ve changed it to "sRGB Color Space Profile" but it’s almost impossible to see anything becouse everything is very dark right know. How may I calibrate my monitor properly?

Could you explain me that more precisly, step by step? How can I convert the picture? I would be so thankful for answers.

Thanks

Use the "Convert to Profile" command to convert your image to sRGB. This should not change the appearance in Photoshop, but it will make the image look better in Irfanview.

Do not use Assign Profile. Let us know how this goes.

As far as calibrating your monitor, I would wait on that until you get the sRGB conversion in place.

In the English version, you would go to Edit>Convert to Profile. It’s located near the bottom of the menu, and should be in a similar position in your version of Photoshop (Polish?):

Jeez how could I miss that -.-‘ anyway here is what I got after that:

seems that didn’t help much, but maybe I must change the options of convert or something.

EDIT:
yes, that’s polish version.
