stroke path stopped working

This is happening to me now. It’s happened before on another computer too. I am not sure what I did to work around it then. But right now, when I select Stroke Path, I just get dots on the handle points. I tried deleting my prefrences file and restarting, but it didn’t help.

Any other suggestions?

yes like I said in the post, I deleted the prefrences PSP file and restareted photoshop. It did not help.

Did you try resetting the brush? Is it a brush that normally has spacing? Try using a brush that has spacing.
