I have a Canon 20D, and I have the problem, that Adobe Camera RAW will not use both cores on my Pentium-D 820. A Friend witn an Athlon X2 gets a significant speedup when opening multiple RAW files. I get the same with Photoshop Affinity set to one or 2 CPUs (cores).
Photoshop filters that are multithreaded works OK, and can eat 2x 100% CPU.
SO what can be causing my problem ?
