Photoshop CS no longer recognizes Nikon Coolscan 9000

Don,

Have you tried to uninstall and then reinstall it?
Start>Control Panel>Add/Remove Hardware and browse down the list to the scanner and then uninstall.
It may also have an uninstall option in its program folder. Start>Programs>Nikon Coolscan?
When the uninstall has finished reinstall as per scanner installations instructions.
You could have a corrupt twain driver but the above should remedy it. HTH

Don,

Can you scan or print from any other application? Scan a document for faxing etc.,
Can you print a test page? What does you Control panel>system have to say about your USB ports?
