Can anyone tell me if I can install both Photoshop CS2 and Photoshop Elements 4 on the same laptop. If so, do they have to be installed on different drives? Does one wipe out settings/usability of the other? Thanks so much.

I have Elements II, Photoshop 7 and CS2 all installed on the same computer and they all work fine. And I’m glad I kept them! For instance, I have a website that I created with Photoshop 7 using "Vertical Slide Show 1" but CS2 doesn’t have that template! I would have been out of luck if I had erased 7 when I installed CS2. Of course it was a simple matter to copy the folder from 7 to CS2 but again, there’s value in keeping old copies until you’re sure the new version has everything you want.

Except Bridge sucks. The photo cataloging in Elements is far superior. I have both installed on the same drive

No way, Jose! Bridge does not suck, Bridge is awesome! You need to take the time to learn all the features like resizing thumbnails on the fly with a slider control, labeling, rating, highlighting, meta data at your fingertips and my favorite, a dynamite renaming utility! And there’s much, much more!
