I’m fairly new and each time I try to copy and paste it leaves the original side blank. I know I’ve missed a lesson somewhere but my old brain needs help.

Ron,

Are you copying or cutting?

Sorry for the delay. I’m cutting then pasting. I was trying to copy the right side of a face, reverse it and place on the left side which was gone. But the right side disappeared. Thanks for your response Ron

Instead of cutting the selected area, try copying it.
You do this with Edit-Copy or Ctrl+C
