I’ve got a copy of a very badly degraded photo; a portrait, circa 1900
snip. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I just thought I’d give a catch up on how things have progressed. Firstly, I’d like to thank all those that e-mailed me and requested a copy of the picture. I hope I replied to all of you. If some of you didn’t get a reply (no, not you, you spamming annoyance – you know who you are), my apologies. If anyone still wants a copy to have a go at then, e-mail me at: anna_keynow(at)hotmail.com or

Okay, I’d just like to say a big thank-you to two people that really worked hard. I have a lot to learn from both of you.
First off, I’d like to thank John McGerr. Your effort was well appreciated. And, especially in light of what was later discovered, was a very good piece of work. Thanks, John.
‘Cindy’ not only discovered that the picture that I thought was a photo was, in fact, either a charcoal or conte crayon drawing but, produced some wonderful results that, the owner of the portrait is absolutely thrilled with.

I’ve e-mailed both of you to say ‘thanks’ but, felt it important that I give you some public recognition.

PS: As it isn’t my picture, I chose not to display it on a public website. If you want to see it, feel free to e-mail me. I don’t think John and Cindy will mind if I show you their efforts but, I’m sure they’ll let me know if they do.

BD, I’ve just checked all three mail boxes that I’ve mentioned here and, haven’t received an e-mail from you.
Not unless you’re that arsehole that’s spamming me with crap about information I’ve requested in here.
You’re not Art Schwartz? Please, say it ain’t so?!. I’ve just told you to F*ck off in reply.
The spam I received was completely irrelevant to my post. So, please remail your e-mail to me. Also, I’m not implying you’re an idiot or anything but, did you notice that the annabergianinstitute addy intentionally has the word hotmail mispelt? Did you just cut&paste the addy without noticing this? Still, if you’d done this, I’d imagine you’d have had a bounce.

Thanks for suggestion BD but, I’m a little confused by the "help those who help themselves" quip.
