Photoshop "Tools" Bar

Hi,

Is there a way to dock the Tools bar in Photoshop (or Illustrator for that matter) along the top of the main window, below the File/Edit/Image/Layer… menu bar?

Think Microsoft Word toolbars (ack…) I’m in a new job where I spend most of the day with photoshop and illustrator, and I find myself wishing I could go where I’m used to going to select tools, which is a classic "toolbar" below the file menu.

you might check out http://www.ianperryman.com/psbar1.html they have a horizontal toolbar program

Please remember
It’s only an experimental version .
It’s designed to run on Windows.
It’s a program file (.exe file type) so please virus check before using.
