I know this has been talked about before. but i have not seen a clear answer yet.
Open PhotoShop Elements Version 4. (Also Applies to ANY program on my computer)
Click File > Open — This view is defaulted to Thumbnails. I can click that 4th button over and switch to to List. I then open a file and i then go back to File > Open, and the view is back to thumbnails. I want it to ALWAYS be in LIST VIEW.
I have gone to My Computer. Clicked the View Dropdown, switch to list. And then gone into Tools > Folder Options > View and clicked "Apply To All Folders." —- This does nothing for my Open Dialogue box in Photoshop however.
Any ideas? How do i get my Open Box to default to LIST and not Thumbnails??
