I do graphic work for a small department (learning services) in a large company. I have 2 computers One a desk top for when I am at the office, and a laptop when I am on the road or working from home.

They purchased a copy of Photoshop CS2 for me. I installed it on my desk top computer. I would also like to install it (the same copy) on my laptop. Both computers are used exclusively by myself. And there will never be a time when they are used simultaneously. So photoshop will never be used on both computers at the same time.

Is installing it, and activating it on my laptop and desk top within the license agreement?

According to the license agreement file in my installation: "2.4 Portable or Home Computer Use. The primary user of the Computer on which the Software is installed may install a second copy of the Software for his or her exclusive use on either a portable Computer or a Computer located at his or her home, provided the Software on the portable or home Computer is not used at the same time as the Software on the primary Computer."

I have not tried doing this yet however.

The license agreement permits this, and you can activate it on two computers. I use CS2 on my laptop for photoediting, but I do my printing from a desktop machine. It’s not a problem.
