Just sat down to a new workstation on a freelance gig, and I’ve noticed that Photoshop CS2 and Xmouse (from tweakUI) don’t seem to like each other.
Whereas other applications will do the "right" thing when I hover over a window with xmouse turned on – i.e. switch focus, but leave the focused window in the background – Photoshop auto-raises the newly focused window. This is a huge pain in the ass, as windows are constantly shuffling themselves when I move the mouse across the screen.
The workaround, of course, is to turn off xmouse when in photoshop – again, a p.i.t.a. Is there a setting somewhere to fix this issue?
Alternatively, does anyone know of a utility that will allow you to turn xmouse on/off with a hotkey?
