Haven’t got one, use online lab, but see the following links, The main point to consider is "the cost of ownership", some printers use one tank for all the colours, one goes you need to replace the whole lot. Others allow individual colour replacement. See links below for reviews.

I have an Epson R1800 that does a great job at a reasonable price.

I use the Canon ip8500.
It is great if you don’t need large prints

Can anyone recommend an all in one which would give good photographic prints? I’ve always believed that it was better to use a separate printer and scanner but I find myself short of room at the moment and needing to save space. I would never be needing to print larger than A4 by the way.

Cannot recommend it.
Not good practice.
I have two computers side by side.
Under each small table I added a shelf.
One holds the Canon printer.
The other holds my Agfa scanner.
