You never said which version you are using, CS2 has a red eye removal tool. If not CS2, see http://tinyurl.com/fdljw for tutorials.

Jesus H Christ how hard can that be?
And you know for a fact that he has CS2? Or are you just assuming? I do suggest he go to a tutorial since the red eye reduction in CS2 isn’t all that good. I have a fairly simple manual process that works quite well.
